SERVICE DESCRIPTION
COMPOSITE ROOFING: Synthetic or compounded roofing materials are made of a mix of asphalt, fiberglass, and recycled paper products that are commonly used in specialized roofing products that don't have moisture problems and are resistant to fire.
ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOFING: This is the most common type you see on home, made mostly out of asphalt with other components.  Some example of types are dimensional, luxury, and 3-tab.
METAL ROOF: This type may be an extra investment, but it can last 40-50 years with little to no maintenance.  For many this can be considered a lifetime roof, and in the face of inflation causing other roof materials to rise in price over time, this option's upfront cost is even cheaper over the long term.
ROOF VENTILATION: In order to rid your home of trapped heat, special vents can be worked into the roofing, causing less temperature exposure to the ceiling of your home, and thus, saving a lot of money in cooling.
FLAT ROOFING: Flat roofing is the perfect option for some building types, and there are many options. Some examples are EPDM Rubber, single-ply TPO or PVS, built-up roofs (BUR), spray foam polyurethane. The lifespan of some of these types such as EPDM can be over thirty years!
TILE ROOFING: This type has a wide range of looks and may be made out of materials such as clay, slate, or ceramic, with appearances that may look classic, romantic, elegant, stylish, or even cutting edge.
ROOF COATING: Rejuvenating or protecting certain types of existing roofs is an option, and may be made out of silicon, urethane, acrylic, bitumen, or other materials. As always, it's good to check your existing materials before applying a coating to make sure adherence is good.
ROOF FLASHING REPAIR: If flashing wasn't done right, or is part of aging materials that no longer create a true barrier, repair will be necessary or the elements will slip into the cracks, and as usual, water will always find the lowest places, which means running down your internal or external walls.
